0.3

The new version is more like a game.

Here I added the Main menu (seen in the photo), graphics settings, map selection (so far only one, the next will be with a large-scale update)

The city was replaced with another, replaced the models of houses and arranged them differently. While textures are not on all objects (I will fix it in the next version)
